RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking an Endpoint Support Analyst.
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Endpoint Support Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-line endpoint support, ensuring seamless installation, management, and troubleshooting of endpoint hardware and software. This is a key role in administering endpoint management tools, supporting IT service requests, and ensuring compliance with organizational and industry security standards.
Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain endpoint hardware, software, and peripheral equipment including imaging, deployment and disposal
* Troubleshoot hardware and software failures, analyze and address endpoint/network problems, escalate complex issues as needed
* Administer and support endpoint management tools such as MDM platforms and asset management systems
* Serve as a point of contact for IT support, managing service tickets and documenting solutions
* Serve as a point of contact for onboarding & offboarding of employees and contractors
* Conduct preventative maintenance and regular monitoring of endpoint performance, generating relevant reports
* Provide support and participate in projects and change management initiatives
* Provide video conference room equipment and meeting support
* Ensure all endpoint processes align with organizational and industry security standards and best practices
* Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
