Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to understand change initiatives and develop comprehensive management plans.
- Engage stakeholders to foster support and ensure smooth transitions.
- Develop and implement communication strategies for consistent messaging throughout change processes.
- Conduct assessments to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support employees and managers during change implementation, addressing concerns and facilitating workshops.
- Document activities, prepare reports, and evaluate the success of change initiatives.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Project management skills for effective planning and execution of initiatives.
