Job Details

Role: Entra ID/  ACTIVE Directory Engineer

Location : Remote

Duration: 40 Hours work

 

 

Manage Microsoft Entra Application Proxy for secure on-premises app access via Azure AD.

 

Mandatory

  • 8+ years in application access solutions (install, config, troubleshoot)
  • Microsoft Entra Application Proxy experience
  • Azure Front Door & WAF policies
  • Entra ID / Azure AD & modern authentication
  • Networking (DNS, firewalls, VPNs)
  • ITIL processes (incident, problem, change mgmt.)

 

Summary of Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Primary Skills: Microsoft Entra Application Proxy, Azure Front Door, WAF, Entra ID, ITIL
  • Experience: 8+ years in app access solutions, hybrid identity, enterprise environments
  • Security Knowledge: DNS, firewalls, VPNs, modern authentication
  • Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, vendor management, training/mentoring
  • Bonus Skills: Scripting (PowerShell), compliance/security testing

Additional Notes

  • Global Scope: Experience in large multinational environments is highly valued.
  • Certifications (Not Required but Beneficial):
    • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
    • ITIL v4 Certification
    • Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500)
