Job Title: SharePoint Lead Developer
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 5 months contract

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned SharePoint Lead Developer to guide our migration from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE) and SharePoint Online (SPO). This role requires expertise in SharePoint development frameworks, migration tools, and modern Microsoft 365 technologies. The ideal candidate will lead a development team, design scalable solutions, and modernize workflows and custom components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and customize SharePoint solutions during migration (2019 SE & SPO).
• Perform migrations using ShareGate and SPMT.
• Rebuild workflows with Power Automate.
• Design and develop custom components:
  • SPFx Web Parts & Extensions
  • Power Apps
  • Web Templates
  • CSOM
  • Azure Web APIs
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security compliance.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong development experience with SharePoint 2019, SE, and SPO.
• Proficiency in ShareGate and SPMT migration tools.
• Expertise in SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, CSOM, Azure Web APIs.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS, REST APIs.
• Experience with SharePoint customization, branding, and integration.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
