Description
Robert Half is looking for a Sr Quality Assurance Engineer who loves the challenge of solving problems with multiple layers of complexity. If you are an efficient problem solver with highly tuned decision making skills, this may be the position for you.
The position involves overseeing and executing all quality-related activities for New Business Development projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
Managing the Group's projects, coordinating QA activities across multiple plants, developing and implementing test equipment and procedures, conducting Gage R& R studies, and facilitating project scope definition.
The role requires providing training support, implementing quality plans, and ensuring the smooth production launch of new products. The candidate should possess technical expertise, project management skills, and experience in quality systems development. A technical degree, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and proficiency in SolidWorks CAD are preferred qualifications, along with experience in consumer packaging manufacturing and exposure to injection, blow mold, decoration, and metalizing processes. Effective communication, remote team management, and accountability are essential attributes for success in this role.
