Role: ServiceNow Architect

Contract: 6+ months

Experience: Mandatory 14+ Years in ServiceNow

 

Must have:

  • More configuration, implementing the modules) - Deep understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library /ITOM (IT Operations Management) knows different modules
  • 14+ years of hands-on experience in multiple modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM.

 

Job Description:

  • Platform Development: Leads in developing and executing a comprehensive strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Architecture Design: Leads the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, ServiceNow solutions, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Roadmap and Backlog: Maintains the ServiceNow demand backlog and ServiceNow platform roadmap.
  • Team Leadership: Provides strategic direction and mentorship to developers and architects fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with business and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions and alignment with business requirements.
  • Technical Oversight: Provides technical oversight and guidance on the ServiceNow platform ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory compliance, and platform best practices.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluates and manages relationships with service providers and vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs, contractual agreements, and service level agreements.
  • Platform Licensing: Manages the ServiceNow platform licensing.
  • Risk Management: Assessment and mitigation of risks related to infrastructure, security vulnerabilities, data privacy, and compliance requirements, implementing robust controls and protocols.
  • Continuous Learning: Stays abreast of platform releases and new functionalities, emerging trends, technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into the organization s ServiceNow platform strategy.
  • Budget Management: Develops and manages budgets for ServiceNow platform support and projects, optimizing resource allocation and expenditures to maximize ROI while maintaining financial discipline.
