• Knowledge of GenAI technologies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee IT and GenAI projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet strategic goals
• Coordinate and engage with stakeholders across technical and business domains
• Track project progress, proactively identifying risks and improvement areas
• Develop and maintain relationships to review and explain IT solutions
• Translate feedback into actionable improvements for technology solutions and integration processes

Position Summary

This role is a critical backfill for GenAI initiatives and technical project oversight at Client.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing IT programs and implementing GenAI technologies while ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture tracking efforts, collaborating with engineers and architects
• Oversee new GenAI requirements and deployments
• Coordinate internal teams and ensure timely project delivery.
• Notify MSP when candidates are ready ahead of schedule.

Technical Knowledge Required

• Strong understanding of network fundamentals, including routers, firewalls, and IT architecture
• Familiarity with Client s internal systems (preferred)
• Knowledge of LLM models and practical applications in GenAI
• Experience with GenAI platforms (Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft solutions, open-source tools)
• SaaS application and network deployment experience
• Ability to grasp and navigate technical jargon (engineering background not required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building GenAI solutions (highly valued, but rare)
• 5 10 years of hands-on IT project management experience
• Strong ability to get into technical project details
• PMP certification and/or GenAI credentials (preferred but not required)
