Participates in support of infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives, both from an operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. As an associate Test Engineer at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the health and human services needs of our communities. You will use your Testing and Business Analysis skills to drive the development and execution of various testing efforts. Your role in our mission

  • Perform vital testing, troubleshooting and analysis of application software for complex technical projects
  • Design, develop, implement, maintain critical test processes
  • Gather requirements for testing, develop executable test cases for both manual and automation scenarios.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with others to analyze requirements to confirm, establish and create defects.
  • Desire to learn and adapt to new testing tools


What we're looking for

  • Degree in Computer science or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in working on IT applications
  • Knowledge in testing analysis and design, evaluating and validate test cases and scripts
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in Jira for Test management and Defect tracking
  • Experience in SQL and scripting tools like Python, VB script etc

The pay range for this position is $47,500.00 - $67,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
