Experience: 8-10 years Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. Technical Leadership Provide-guidance on programming language, design, and best practices. Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical challenges.

Review code quality and ensure adherence to standards. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans effectively. Manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Management Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps). Foster collaboration and maintain high team morale.

Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs. Process & Compliance Implement Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies for efficient delivery.
