About the Role
We are hiring a Software Engineer to join our Product Security team and help build the Control Automation Platform a system that programmatically enforces security and compliance controls at scale. You ll work closely with security engineers, product managers, and infrastructure teams to develop integrations, automation, and visibility tooling that enhances our security posture across all environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable automation for enforcing security and compliance controls.

  • Integrate with asset inventories and control systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Develop visibility tools to track and audit control coverage across environments.

  • Collaborate with security teams to embed controls early in the development lifecycle.

  • Participate in architectural decisions related to control automation.


Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on automation, backend systems, or security tooling.

  • Proficient in Go (Golang).

  • Hands-on experience with implementing/debugging controls in production environments.

  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with security or compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI).

  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
