Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level business solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega development, strong architectural skills, and a solid understanding of integration and DevOps practices. This role involves technical leadership, solution design, and mentoring within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of Pega solution delivery including scope definition, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Architect and implement model-driven business solutions using Pega technology. Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to translate business needs into technical specifications. Provide technical governance and mentorship to Pega developers and junior architects. Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and design principles. Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other protocols. Apply DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring for Pega applications. Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and respond to ad-hoc technical queries. Required Qualifications 810+ years of experience in Pega development. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead System Architect. Proficiency in Java and experience with multi-tier applications and web services (SOAP, WSDL, XML). Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns. Experience with DevOps tools and practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams. Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments. Education: Bachelors Degree
