Role : Project Governance Manager
Location : Remote
Duration : Contract
Mandatory Skills : Healthcare background is MUST in current projects, Project Governance Management, Primavera P6, Should work closely with CTO
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while
ensuring timely execution.
Technology Alignment: Work closely with the CTO to ensure projects align with the
company s tech strategy and innovation goals.
Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers,
and designers.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams, executives, and
external partners.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Budget & Resource Management: Optimize resources and control costs to stay within
budget.
Compliance & Security: Ensure projects adhere to industry regulations, cybersecurity
standards, and best practices.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CTO and other
stakeholders on project progress.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in onshore industries.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages may be beneficial).
