Job Overview:

- Prepare accurate takeoffs for concrete and masonry scopes of work.
- Assist with cost analysis and estimating efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project requirements are met.
- Utilize Bluebeam for takeoffs and Procore for project management tasks.
- Maintain proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in construction estimating (Concrete and Masonry preferred).
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for takeoffs and Procore for project management.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Local candidates familiar with the NY/NJ/CT commercial construction market are preferred.
- Office-based position only (not remote or hybrid).
