Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Sr. IT Systems Engineer/ IT Generalist

Job Description:

Job Title: Sr. IT Systems Engineer/ IT Generalist

Job Type: Contract or contract to hire (6 - 12 months)

Location: Remote If you are comfortable remaining as a contractor. However, if you are looking to convert to a full-time role, you will eventually be required to work onsite (5 days a week) at one of the following office locations:

  • San Francisco
  • Los Angeles
  • Dallas
  • Atlanta
  • Bellevue
  • New York City
  • Chicago

We're looking for an IT generalist who is focused on SaaS collaboration tools and / or Endpoint Management.

Candidates should have 1 or 2 of SaaS collaboration experience and/or endpoint management.

SaaS Collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, MS Office 365)

    • Day to day operations/administration, integrations support
    • Experience in Google to Google migration and/or MS Office to Google migration
    • Conference room AV support
    • Nice to have: Jira and Confluence

Endpoint management (Windows/Intune, Mac/Jamf)

    • Day to operations/administration
    • OS patching and software updates
    • Nice to have: experience in deploying an asset management solution

Overall IT generalist

  • Security minded / focused
  • Nice to have: IAM (Okta) experience
