Job Details

As a Field and Lab Engineer for GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) and GPS (Global Positioning System), you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and analyzing the performance of GNSS and GPS networks in both lab and field environments.
You will work closely with other engineers and technicians to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing results.

  • Conduct testing and analysis of GNSS and cellular networks in both lab and field environments
  • Field testing in any wireless area: GNSS or Cellular or Connectivity. GNSS is strongly preferred.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing of GNSS and GPS networks
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for resolving them.
  • Strong debugging and analysis skills
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing results

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in GNSS (preferred) or Cellular/Wireless testing
  • Experience with test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
  • Python scripting knowledge for test automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to understand Python scripts and make changes to existing scripts
  • Willingness to travel to field sites for testing and data collection.
  • Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field

This position requires both lab and field work. The work environment may vary depending on the project and location.
