Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions tailored for healthcare environments. This role will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions across clinical, patient engagement, and administrative workflows.
- Translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions on Salesforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including clinicians, operations, and IT to develop solution roadmaps and integration strategies.
- Design data models, security models, and custom components that align with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards.
- Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce development lifecycle including configuration, custom development, integration, and deployment.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce products, features, and third-party tools for adoption in the health tech ecosystem.
- Mentor developers and administrators on Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and Health Cloud functionality.
- Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and resilience of Health Cloud implementations.
- Drive documentation efforts, technical specifications, and support training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience with Salesforce platform including 3+ years working specifically with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Strong understanding of healthcare domain, workflows, and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
- Proven experience in architecting and integrating Salesforce with EHRs, CRMs, and third-party health apps.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, Mulesoft).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
