; Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Application Developer to join a dynamic team responsible for developing the firm's strategic data mart for ISG deposits. This data mart will integrate real-time data from golden sources and provide a consolidated reporting interface for downstream systems. The role involves building scalable and high-performance database components supporting regulatory reporting, business analytics, and operational risk metrics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and work closely with globally distributed business and operations teams.

; Key Responsibilities Design, build, and enhance the SQL projection broker within the Data Access Layer (DAL) for Leto deposits, focusing on performance and scalability.Develop and improve real-time reporting infrastructure, capturing upstream messages, persisting data on NFS storage, and processing attributes into database tables.Enhance and support multiple regulatory and business reports related to Leto deposits.Translate business requirements into efficient database queries and produce accurate reports.Conduct ETL development using tools like SQL, Informatica, or Python (e.g., Pandas), including performance tuning and stored procedure development.Create efficient testing automation for Java, Scala, or Python-based data processing.Collaborate with a highly technical global team using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).

; Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Java, Scala, or another programming language.Strong knowledge of Python scripting and Unix/K-Shell.Proficient in SQL development, including query optimization and ETL practices.Solid understanding of Agile development processes (Scrum, XP practices, continuous integration).Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with global teams and operations partners.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

; Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the full lifecycle of a trade and data flows in investment banking operations.Experience with Informatica or data processing tools such as Python Pandas.Strong understanding of relational databases and domain modeling.Exposure to big data, messaging systems, and distributed data platforms.
