Delivery Manager - Timekeeping Systems

Seeking a Delivery Manager with deep expertise in timekeeping and workforce management systems to support the implementation of a complex enterprise-wide transition from Kronos to Infor. This role will partner with an existing project manager to drive execution, manage stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful delivery across unionized environments with highly customized pay rules.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience supporting or implementing enterprise timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos, Infor)


• Strong background in delivery or program management within complex matrixed organizations


• Proven ability to work across business, technical, and vendor teams


• Expertise working with union environments and understanding of payroll/timekeeping compliance


• Ability to drive delivery while partnering with a PM and influencing stakeholders at all levels


• Experience presenting timelines, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership


• Strong soft skills: initiative, accountability, communication, and decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delivery execution and enforce deadlines across technical and business teams


• Collaborate with PM and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making


• Oversee UAT cycles, manage issue resolution, and track missed requirements


• Own RAID logs and proactively manage risks, actions, and dependencies


• Provide delivery status and cost/schedule updates to executive leadership


• Ensure timely and error-free transition of timekeeping systems for union employees


• Support strategic planning, timeline management, and change readiness


• Influence stakeholders and vendors to align on program goals and deliverables
