We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that are central to our business strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of driving large-scale technical initiatives, coordinating across multiple teams, and providing clear, data-driven updates to senior leadership.

You will play a key role in connecting technical execution with strategic business goals, ensuring that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple workstreams and functions.

Partner with engineering, product, architecture, QA, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, success metrics, and timelines.

Develop and maintain detailed program plans, roadmaps, and status reports, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders.

Anticipate and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.

Facilitate cross-team communication, remove blockers, and ensure consistent progress toward goals.

Drive the adoption of best practices in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.

Provide executive-level reporting with a focus on progress, KPIs, risks, and resource needs.

Lead program governance, including steering committees and stakeholder reviews.

Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and deliverables.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
