Responsibilities:
Scrubbing project data related to claims that did not process correct.
Role includes but is not limited to:

• Reviewing excel data source and comparing to Amisys source of truth for update confirmation.
• Identifying processing limitations such as termed providers or members, etc.
• Submit project request for health plans to the Health Plan Relations Team SharePoint.
• Collaborate with various business units to resolve claims issues to ensure prompt and accurate claims adjudication.
• Communicate Project trends with Requestor.
• Identify potential process enhancement opportunities and share with leadership.
• Research tasks returned from the claims shop or the closure team.

Required Experience: Amisys (claim processing), Excel, Medical claims knowledge
Preferred Skills/Experience: Commercial insurance knowledge, Contract review knowledge, Pricing experience
Software skills required: Microsoft Excel and Access, Amisys, OMNI, TruCare, CenPas

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($30.00 - $35.00/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
