RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Product Delivery and Agile Coach in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Delivery and Agile Coach to lead Agile transformation initiatives across product, technology, operations, and support teams. This role will be instrumental in driving cross-functional collaboration, scaling Agile practices, and enhancing delivery excellence within a complex eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Champion Agile transformation across the organization, coaching leaders and teams on Agile principles and best practices
* Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale eCommerce program
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
* Define, implement, and track KPIs/OKRs for Agile Release Trains and Agile maturity
* Build and lead a team of Scrum Masters, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in Agile software delivery or program management
* Preferred certifications: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI-ACP, ICAgile Certified Expert (ICE)
* 5+ years of experience in a leadership role such as Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Coach, or similar
* Proven success leading enterprise-level Agile transformations, ideally in eCommerce or digital programs
* Deep knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
* Experience managing multiple Agile teams and facilitating PI Planning, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
* Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
