Senior Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist

As a Senior Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist at Boeing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks. You will lead comprehensive audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, while effectively communicating findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As a Senior Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist at Boeing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks. Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
- Conduct thorough audits of IAM and GRC processes, policies, and controls to assess their effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and assess risks associated with IAM practices
- Provide actionable recommendations for improvement based on audit findings and risk evaluations
- Prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings, risks, and recommendations for management review
- Ensure reports are clear and accessible to various stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Information Technology (IT), legal, and business units, to develop and enhance IAM and GRC policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provide training and guidance to junior auditors and other staff on IAM and GRC best practices, ensuring a consistent understanding of compliance requirements across the organization
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes related to IAM and GRC
- Assist in the development and execution of the annual audit plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk appetite
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies
- 10+ years of experience collaborating with various teams to ensure effective governance and compliance
- Experience managing and/or leading a team either formally or informally, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
- Experience in performing compliance monitoring and policy assessments/audits
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) standards and frameworks
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership Experience with critical and strategic thinking
- Experience with clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure PKI concepts, including Certificate Authorities (CAs), digital certificates, and cryptographic protocols
