Job Title: SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid / Onsite at Aramco client site)
Type: Contract (with potential to extend or convert)
Duration: 6 12 months+; Rate is depending on experience
Job Overview:
Sierra Digital is seeking a highly experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program for our client, Aramco, in Houston, TX. This role requires deep expertise in leading organizational change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies within complex, global environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the OCM lead for the SAP S/4HANA program developing and executing end-to-end change management strategies
Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations across business units
Build and implement ADKAR-based change frameworks, supporting enterprise-wide change adoption
Develop and deliver effective communication plans, executive messaging, and end-user engagement strategies
Lead the creation and execution of training plans, including curriculum development, LMS alignment, and role-based training materials
Collaborate with IT, PMO, business process owners, and HR to ensure alignment on change milestones
Establish metrics to monitor user adoption and define success measures for organizational readiness
Facilitate workshops, change network sessions, and executive alignment meetings as needed
Support deployment planning, cutover coordination, and post-go-live stabilization efforts from a change management perspective
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with at least 3+ years in SAP programs (S/4HANA preferred)
Proven experience applying Prosci / ADKAR methodology
Strong knowledge of SAP functional areas such as FI/CO, MM, PM, TM, or SD
Ability to lead OCM efforts in energy, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries Aramco experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive presentations
Prior experience working in large, matrixed global organizations
Experience with training development tools, communications platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams, Yammer), and survey tools
PMP, Prosci, or other relevant certifications preferred
