Job Title: Batch - Sterling File Gateway
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months (Possibilities of Extension)
JD:
- "As an Agent Install Practioner, your role involves the planning of projects, working on estimates, sharing design documents, scheduling meetings technical/managerial with application teams, creation of PIDs, Project closure document
- Handle tasks related to MFT/CFT, Connect Direct and Secure Transport, CFT and Control-M upgrade and Migration with upgrade to windows and Unix clients.
- Upgrading applications to latest version in test environment and deploying the same in production.
- Migration of applications which includes version to version and server to server migrations. Configuration Setup for setting up data transmission between External/Internal CACIB Client and different Vendors
- Ensuring the system can process transactions within the requisite timeframe
- work with Applications team and their clients to implement file transmission services between clients/third party service providers
- create a jobs on control-m and take care of jobs scheduling on control-m. Provide Tier 2 and Tier3 support for transmission incidents which cannot be resolved by Tier1.
- Following ITIL framework ensuring all SLAss are met and development code is delivered with zero defects providing end to end testing support and warranty. "
