Ideal candidates could be recent engineering graduates with strong project management capabilities and the ability to read technical drawings. CAD proficiency is preferred.

Level I (0-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)

We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Support to join our team to help manage the increasing demands for technical support services. This role is crucial in streamlining our processes and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Design & Digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Global Design SharePoint (GDS) system, ensuring adherence to data standards and quality accuracy.
• Coordinate efficiently with multiple design agencies by issuing design requests, addressing inquiries, and delivering completed materials back to requestors.
• Ensure swift responses to incoming requests, maintaining delivery timelines, and prioritizing based on business needs.
• Collaborate with OEM suppliers to secure necessary 3D data sets for completing design requests.
• Maintain and update the Shape Identification Directory (SID) to ensure an accurate reflection of our system portfolio.
• Help to produce CAD revisions and technical documentation for packaging designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• CAD experience is highly preferred (CATIA).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external partners.
