Lead assigned projects from initiation to implementation to achieve business results, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. The role involves mitigating risks, facilitating communication, and coordinating with team members and external partners.

- Provide strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor.
- Network with industry contacts for competitive insights and best practices.
- Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans.
- Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
- Help determine business priorities and execution strategies.
- Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues.
- Manage and validate financial forecasts and conduct ongoing reconciliation.
- Monitor and track performance, addressing any issues.
- Design and produce reports and dashboards.
- Direct complex initiatives involving multiple business units.
- Exercise direct accountability for projects with up to 50 team members.
- Negotiate complex contracts with external vendors.
- Manage overall project budget and lifecycle.
- Ensure change management plans are developed and measured.
- Execute project requirements in governance frameworks.
- Develop project management artifacts, complying with enterprise standards.
- Provide project sponsor with advice on the business case viability.
- Understand project interdependencies and proactively identify risks.
- Demonstrate stakeholder partnership and effective communication.
- Lead and represent the project in various forums.
- Adhere to risk, regulatory, and compliance controls.
- Apply expertise and think creatively to address unique situations.
Qualifications:
- 6 to 8 years of project management experience.
- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Capable of managing project and business risks.
- Seasoned professional with education, experience, and industry knowledge.
Preferred:
- Valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
