Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Chandler, Arizona.

Job Role and Responsibility: Responsible for the design, implementations and integrations of CRM systems within Wells Fargo for Retail Banking on Salesforce platform. Design and write complex code to create production level applications and solutions for the Salesforce platform using standard Salesforce IDEs, Visualforce, Apex and Lightning languages. Interact with business partners and the end users of software system to prepare the user specifications. Responsible for creating functional specification and technical design documents. Contribute in product user guides, product training modules and product documentations for the purpose of bankers training and usage. Responsible for creating system testing procedures and programming unit testing. Responsible for providing solutions and implementing fixes for the defects raised. Responsible for migrating bug fixes from lower environments to production. Responsible for production support. Remote / telecommute work available up to 2 days per week. Position required to appear in person at the location listed.

Required Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.

Specific skills required:
  • Four (4) years of Salesforce developer experience;
  • Four (4) years of web applications experience;
  • Three (3) years of ANT, Maven, or Jenkins/UCD;
  • Three (3) years of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Framework experience;
  • Experience in SFDC Lead to Order process, Web Services integration, development using Apex, Visual workflows, Visual Force, Data Management;
  • Experience with Cloud Services such as AWS, Azure, REST, GIT, Jenkins, or XML;
  • Experience with Apex programming;
  • Experience with Aura components; and
  • Experience with Lightning Web components (LWC)
