Job Details

Must Have - Google Cloud Platform BQ, AI/ML, Agentic AI, SAC Analytics
Good to have - Hadoop , SQL, Data Background
Flexibility : work with offshore(India) team
Expectations : estimation of new project, providing solutions to client etc.

Need a Service Delivery Manager who should have experience in projects like
Data warehouse or lake implementations.
BI and reporting platform rollouts.
Migration of legacy data systems to the cloud.
Data governance framework deployment
Strong understanding of data platforms (e.g., SQL, data warehouses, cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Should have more than 10+ years of experience and have extended experience in running projects end to end.
Experience in implementation of GenAI based delivery / Agentic AI / AI Ops is mandatory. It should not be limited to using only AI Assistants.

Requirements :
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Track progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, data analysts, business intelligence, and product teams.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Facilitate meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve project issues and conflicts as they arise, escalating when necessary.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure data governance, security, and quality standards are adhered to.
Oversee testing, validation, and sign-off processes for data products and solutions.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain clear documentation of project plans, decisions, risks, and lessons learned.
Deliver regular status reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders.
