OVERVIEW:

The Office of Application Technology Services is seeking a BA to assist with developing State and/or Federal documentation, policies/procedures, financial reports, applications, staffing resource tracking, and/or system requirements to join its OATS Financial Group Team.

THE SELECTED PERSON MAY:

  • Research projects and programs related to proposals and documents.
  • Track, Evaluate, and Report on OATS's SDS Contractor and State payroll Project Labor budgeting and spending.
  • Perform technical and detailed writing, editing, and proofreading of required correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Research, assist in development and/or perform technical reviews on federal financial proposals (like grants), reports, and planning documents within required timelines.
  • Work closely with agency management and project teams to gain an understanding of project and related requirements to assist with the development of training material and/or recommend related process improvements.
  • Organize material and complete writing assignments according to agency standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
  • Utilize a combination of computer and critical thinking skills.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and the ability to exercise discretion is essential.
