About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our BI and reporting solutions using Power BI and Google BigQuery. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, analytics, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- Work with Google BigQuery to manage and optimize the semantic layer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports and dashboards
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues related to BI solutions
What We're Looking For:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a BI or analytics role
- Bachelor s degree or higher
- Proven experience with Power BI and Google BigQuery
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and interpret business needs
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Management Information Systems
