Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe or equivalent), hands-on expertise with Rally for metrics and reporting, exposure to development projects, and a solid understanding of cloud technologies.
- This role will focus on enabling teams, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Drive adoption and maturity of Scaled Agile practices (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent) across teams and programs.
- Utilize Rally (CA Agile Central) for tracking, metrics, reporting, and ensuring data transparency.
- Guide teams on Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time, predictability) to improve delivery and value realization.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage and refine backlogs for clarity and prioritization.
- Ensure alignment of development project deliverables with business and technical goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in cloud-based application development environments.
- Identify and proactively remove impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitate PI Planning when required.
- Mentor and coach team members, ensuring Agile principles and practices are well understood and enacted.
