Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-energy and detail-oriented IT Technical Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting top-tier IT professionals with rewarding contract and full-time opportunities across diverse industries. You will play a key role in identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevOps, cloud, and IT support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements of IT professionals.

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.), ATS, social media, and referrals to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate technical skills, experience, communication abilities, and cultural fit based on job requirements and client expectations.

  • Job Matching: Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client needs and match candidates to appropriate opportunities.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates through ongoing communication, check-ins, and career guidance.

  • Process Management: Track candidate activity and progress in ATS/CRM systems and ensure accurate and timely documentation.

  • Market Awareness: Stay up to date on IT job market trends, emerging technologies, and in-demand skill sets to better serve clients and candidates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in an IT staffing agency or consulting firm.

  • Knowledge of IT roles, skill sets, and industry terminology (e.g., Java, .NET, AWS, Azure, SQL, Linux, DevOps, cybersecurity, etc.).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar) and sourcing tools.
