IAM Architecture/Lead Developer
Remote in Texas state (Austin, TX)

Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Azure Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD B2C for authentication, authorization, and SSO.

  • Hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) using Azure.

  • Skilled in user provisioning workflows and application integration.

  • Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and OAuth protocols.

  • Experience with Spring Boot, .NET, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

  • Good understanding of Azure policies, configurations, and governance.

  • Strong REST API development and integration skills.

  • Proficient in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and JSON for automation.

  • Experience with Graph API integration.

  • Understanding of RBAC, SSO Federation, and Kerberos authentication.

  • Experience in user migration from ISIM/ISAM to Azure AD/B2C.

  • Knowledge of audit and monitoring solutions for identity systems.

Responsibilities:

Work under the direction of CTO Team and drive the adoption of Microsoft Azure Directory services, Authentication and Authorization reference architectures for existing, new Azure methodologies.

Drive the adoption of creative solutions to address complex, global IAM problems using Microsoft Azure Technology.

Participate in Identity and Access Management enterprise governance processes and drive IAM standards adoption using Microsoft Azure Technology.

Implement effective architecture solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased architecture to help the business grow and change while aligning to strategic vision using Microsoft Azure Technology.
