Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic VP of Product to lead product management at our fast-paced, AI-driven tech startup. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the product vision, overseeing the full product lifecycle, and ensuring seamless alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and executive teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

As VP of Product, you will drive product strategy, lead a high-performing team, and own the roadmap for a suite of AI-powered B2B SaaS products. You’ll translate complex technical opportunities into product plans, working cross-functionally to launch products that bring real value to users and meet business goals.

Bringing to the table:

· 15+ years of Product Management experience, with significant time in leadership roles.

· Proven success leading product teams at early-stage startups and scaling B2B SaaS products.

· Experience bringing to market AI / ML powered products and experience developing Gen-AI-based features and workflows.

· Strong track record of bringing products from concept to launch and driving user adoption at scale.

· Experience working directly with engineers to define product specs and design data-heavy applications.

· Background in translating technical specs and capabilities into product marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.

· Hands-on experience in fast-paced environments — comfortable wearing hats (e.g. QA, support, documentation).

· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum processes, particularly in the Product Owner role.

· History of leading cross-functional teams, including UX/design and user research.

· Skilled in conducting market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.

· Experience defining KPIs, usage metrics, and using data to drive product decisions.

· Executive-level communication skills, with experience reporting directly to founders or C-suite.

· Ability to craft strategic product proposals and break them down into actionable tactical roadmaps.

Nice to Haves:

· Background in AI safety and security, LLM UX, or human-in-the-loop systems.

· Experience with vertical-specific SaaS (e.g. legal, healthcare, finance).

· Familiarity with voice interfaces, chat UX, or workflow automation.
