Senior Salesforce Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to be a pivotal part of our business transformation journey. This is a techno-functional role that combines strategic advisory with deep Salesforce expertise. You will partner directly with our Chief Commercial Officer and CTO to reimagine how we engage customers, manage revenue, and scale our operations.

You will play a key role in driving business process transformation and ensuring Salesforce becomes a catalyst for operational excellence and growth within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating strategy into scalable, compliant solutions and possess a strong leadership presence with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer, CTO, and other senior leaders to define and execute the Salesforce roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Business Process Transformation: Lead critical business process discussions and workshops, introducing best practices to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Solution Design & Implementation: Spearhead the implementation of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and guide the adoption of Revenue Cloud. You will also help shape future Marketing Cloud initiatives. This includes solution design, configuration, and data migration, ensuring a seamless and effective deployment.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, effectively communicating complex technical concepts and project updates to non-technical stakeholders.

User Adoption & Value Realization: Drive the adoption of Salesforce across the organization by developing training materials, providing hands-on support, and measuring value to ensure a high return on investment.

Compliance & Scalability: Design and implement scalable, compliant Salesforce solutions that meet the specific needs of a regulated manufacturing environment, such as a medical device or contract manufacturing company.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Exceptional Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and executive-level audiences.

Deep Salesforce Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically with Manufacturing Cloud.

Domain Expertise: Strong domain experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably within the medical device or contract manufacturing sectors.

Executive-Level Consulting: A track record of consulting on business processes with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
