The company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Solution Architect to join their team. The Security Solution Architect will have the crucial responsibility of ensuring the security and compliance of the company's operations and applications. Their primary duties will involve coordinating with internal security teams, providing security-related input to architectural discussions, proposing and leading security initiatives, and researching and proposing solutions to enhance privacy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with internal security teams to effectively manage security response, assist in investigations, and ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring that all operations and applications adhere to legal, regulatory, and corporate policies pertaining to security, data privacy, and data retention.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in security matters and offering relevant input to architectural discussions, decisions, and roadmaps.
  • Proposing and taking charge of security initiatives to enhance overall security posture.
  • Conducting research to identify and propose solutions aimed at increasing privacy protection, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Collaborating with internal vulnerability response teams, vendors, and developers to coordinate vulnerability patching and bug-fixing activities related to platforms and applications.
  • Working closely with software developers to promote "Security by Design" principles and defining and maintaining security best practices.

Required Competencies:
  • Proficiency in securing container tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Successful track record in customer facing enterprise software solution engineering and sales
  • Background in IAM / CIAM
  • Experience in Digital Identity / Digital Trust initiatives considered an asset
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IAM standards such as OIDC, SAML, OAuth, FIDO, SSI, UMA, VCs, DIDs and access control models
  • Experience in programming and software development.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with and presenting to stakeholders at all levels of management.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, math, applied science/engineering, or equivalent experience.
