RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager/Data Analyst in Stamford, CT.
Summary:
This individual will support the rollout of customer-impacting business experiences by gathering and analyzing data files, identifying trends and overlaps, and coordinating with downstream teams such as marketing, communications, and billing. The role is currently manual but will transition to a more automated process over time. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, experience with Excel automation (VBA/macros), and a strong ability to work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
* Project Manager/Data Analyst will define and document high-level business requirements (non-technical)
* Collect and analyze customer impact data in Excel, identifying patterns, gaps, and overlaps
* Coordinate data handoffs and align with stakeholder teams including Marketing, Communications, and Billing
* Support the development of standardized processes and frameworks for future automation
* Participate in planning future data needs in advance of experience launches
* Collaborate on defining success metrics and program standards for business experiences
* As a Project Manager/Data Analyst, you will oversee the transition to automated workflows using internal data tools
* Conduct audits and validations post-automation to ensure processes are functioning as intended
* Partner with Business Integration and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in a hybrid role involving both project management and data analysis
* Experience defining and documenting high-level business requirements
* Strong data analysis skills, with experience identifying trends, gaps, and inconsistencies in raw data
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including use of VBA and macros
* Proven ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and business units
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with MicroStrategy (read-only or consumer usage is sufficient)
* Exposure to process automation within business operations or data tooling
* Experience in a telecommunications environment or customer-impacting program rollout is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
