Job Description
We re looking for a skilled IT Support Technician with a Tier 1.5 to Tier 2 background and prior MSP experience to join our growing team in Frisco, TX. You ll play a key role in supporting a wide range of clients and environments delivering top-tier technical solutions, solving complex issues, and making a daily impact.
With over 14 years of experience in the MSP space, we specialize in everything from network infrastructure and cloud solutions to backup, email, and security services. What You ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer support via phone and email
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely and onsite
- Resolve technical issues efficiently or escalate as needed
- Configure and maintain servers, workstations, and other IT infrastructure
- Perform routine security checks, updates, and preventative maintenance
- Keep accurate documentation in ticketing systems and internal knowledgebase
- Guide customers through technical resolutions with clear, professional communication
- Contribute to internal process improvement and knowledge sharing
What You Bring:
- 1 3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role within an MSP
- Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Working knowledge of servers, firewalls, switches, access points, and remote tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical, detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a service-first attitude
- Experience supporting multiple client environments and juggling varied priorities
- A desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact on a high-performing team
