Job Details

Job Purpose:

The candidate selected for this position must be a highly motivated, self-starter, independent worker with high initiative. The candidate must have excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail. The scope of work the candidate will perform is broad. The candidate will assist project and program managers with documentation, facilitation, reporting, analysis, and other project delivery activities as needed. The candidate will also write and edit internal documentation, presentations, and workflows. The candidate will use innovative and/or advanced tools to assist with research and testing, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

Education - Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or another related field.

Required Experience

This position requires the following experience and/or knowledge:

1. Experienced in analyzing a situation to determine what tasks need to be completed.

2. Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required.

3. Experience in constructing workflow diagrams and flow charts. Highly desired.

4. Experience working on agile project teams is highly desired.

5. Experience assisting or managing small projects is highly desired.

1. Perform data validation and analysis

2. Build reports and dashboards for analysis

3. Participate in Peer Reviews of work product

4. Revise and/or draft new methods and practices

5. Analyze and document processes

6. Solicit stakeholder input

7. Must complete daily reporting activities

8. Other duties as assigned
