Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Informatica IDMC Lead/Architect with deep hands-on expertise in Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade data solutions. This role requires a strong technical leader who can collaborate with stakeholders, guide teams, and architect scalable data pipelines across diverse environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

  • Architect end-to-end data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, integration, and delivery across heterogeneous data sources.

  • Apply strong expertise in IDMC, including data modeling, performance tuning, optimization, and cloud migration.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define robust data architecture strategies.

  • Translate complex business needs into scalable, high-performing technical solutions.

  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development and engineering teams.

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize IDMC workflows and processes involving Snowflake.

  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automation and release management.

  • Collaborate effectively with client teams, onsite coordinators, and internal delivery groups.

  • Own solution delivery, ensure timely execution, and support business development through strong client engagement.

    Required Qualifications

    • 12 15 years of overall experience in data engineering, architecture, and integration.

    • Strong hands-on expertise with Informatica IDMC.

    • Experience in architecting and optimizing data pipelines.

    • Solid understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and cloud-based integration.

    • Experience with Snowflake is a strong value add.

    • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

    • Excellent communication skills with strong client-facing experience.

    • Ability to lead, mentor, and guide technical teams.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working with large enterprise clients.

    • Proven track record in delivering complex data integration projects.

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
