Role : Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Columbus, OH & Charlotte, NC
Duration: 4 months C2H
MOI : Telephonic & Skype
Primary Skills: Security, Apex, SALESFORCE, Approvals, Triggers, APIS, LWCS, flows, complex formulas.
This is a 4-month C2H role, and we need Candidates with a Minimum of 10 Years of Experience. This is an Onsite/Hybrid Model.
Candidates must have Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience.
Job Description:
- We seek a solid Salesforce developer who can contribute their development and configuration skills to our enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation.
- This implementation leans heavily toward programmatic development.
- The developer hired for this position will help design solutions to meet stakeholder requirements involving the complex integration of new and existing features shared by multiple dev teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce capabilities to include Apex, LWCS, flows, triggers, complex formulas, approvals, security, APIS, and more
- Consult with Scrum teammates to ensure technical integrity
- Implement scalable solutions whenever possible
- Know, follow, and teach Salesforce programmatic patterns and platform best practices
- Conduct code reviews for teammates
- Contribute to the DevOps process
- Execute testing on personal and team development efforts in coordination with the QA lead
- Be comfortable in an agile scrum team context
- Embrace and promote agile practices and mindset
- Always strive to learn
- Leaning into change that improves processes and relationships
- Effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders, including business partners who don't "speak tech"

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of related experience

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer service
