Under broad supervision, responsible for all phases of medium-scale assigned process or manufacturing improvement projects, ensuring the successful conclusion of all phases within an appropriate time and at appropriate cost. Implements process improvements to meet quality standards, performs feasibility studies and solves problems. Creates necessary documentation and aides in communication to personnel. Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.

Manufacturing and Quality Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, or Process Engineer III
Education/Experience
BS in Engineering required
Basic experience in Auto CAD, Solidworks or equivalent
Understanding of data driven problem solving
Ability to effectively communicate (read, write and speak)
General knowledge of CNC machining processes
Must excel working in team environment
Responsibility/Authority
Design basic production fixtures to include models, drawings and specifications
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Develop manufacturing process work instructions and documentation
Support corrective action and preventive action activities with supervision
Communicate with customers and suppliers
Maintain process FMEA's and Control Plans
Maintain Routers, Bill of Materials (BOM's) and Inspection Instruction Sheets (IIS')
Participate in Material Review Boards for Nonconforming Material Reports (NCR's)
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively with supervisor, process engineers, Cross functional Team (CFT) members and production floor personnel
Manage multiple tasks with supervision
Other job-related duties as assigned
Manage all manufacturing details of New Product Release (NPRs)
