Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a contract with a client in Hartford, CT. The role involves validating API and data integrations and refining test accuracy for customer support and contact center systems within an Agile/SAFe environment.
Rate Range: $37/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour

Lead job responsibilities include:
- Oversee technical teams and ensure successful execution of automation testing projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting skill development and collaboration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Review and validate test strategies, automation scripts, and technical solutions for quality and accuracy.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in automation testing and team leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and JavaScript, including API and data integration testing.
- Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies and experience testing CRM and contact center systems, preferably in healthcare or Salesforce environments.
