Skills:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and IT infrastructure
- Technical design level thinking for digital enterprise level programs development
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies.
- Extensive experience in web development and enterprise architecture, with a strong understanding of backend and frontend web technologies and frameworks like Java, React, Node.js, Angular, HTML/CSS3, Python, API, SQL or similar query language technologies
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, cloud infrastructure, and source code repositories
- Nice to have knowledge of GenAI and data engineering foundation level concepts.
- Working experience of managing cloud infrastructure using Azure, Amazon, or Google cloud technologies
- Able to lead the technical team by providing guidance
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Able to lead, groom, and guide the team from technology and design level aspects
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Being flexible and able to adjust plans as project requirements change
