Job Details
Responsibilities
- Lead the triage and response to client requests for new features, workflows, or data services, ensuring alignment with existing system architecture.
- Analyze, document, and maintain a deep understanding of SSIS packages, SSRS reports, .NET applications, and SQL Server stored procedures critical to daily business operations.
- Ensure stable and reliable operation of all legacy codebases and data processes, promptly diagnosing and resolving production issues as they arise.
- Design and implement enhancements or new components in .NET and SQL Server, integrating seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business users to clarify technical constraints and deliver solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Track and manage technical debt within the system, proposing plans that balance risk and business value.
- Contribute to and enhance internal standards for documentation, deployment procedures, and system monitoring to ensure long-term sustainability of the application environment.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience in .NET development.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, great customer service orientation
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Creative and critical thinker.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective professional relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and make progress in uncertain conditions.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing conditions and use influence to drive results.
- Hybrid schedule, onsite in our Philadelphia headquarters 3 days per week.
