Arthrex Inc. is hiring a Logistics Analyst to work at our Fort Myers, FL location. This individual will facilitate the gathering of information regarding global asset inventory, lane analysis, damage/lost materials, predictive analytics, and demand forecasts in an effort to maximize efficiency and support improved logistics processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supports the Logistics Department with a focus on the Global Logistics Command Center team to implement internal and external process improvements and operations planning through data analytics and reporting.
* Develop, maintain, and improve dashboard reports relating to global inventory levels, inventory performance, asset utilization, damages, lost shipments, and predictive analytics on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
* Collaborate with departments to deliver solutions while maintaining high levels of quality and service.
* Audit SAP data to ensure quality and compliance.
* Research and collect data to establish key metrics to create and implement best logistical practices which include but are not limited to dashboards, policies, platforms, and data reports.
* Assist with day-to-day logistical activities required to maintain operational effectiveness of the Global Logistics Command Center which include but are not limited to the tracking of all logistics modes (airfreight, ocean freight, LTL, FTL, small parcel, etc.), investigating of shipping discrepancies, monitoring weather and news events that may impact logistics operations.
* Working hours will be 830am-5pm Monday-Friday. This position may require flexible working hours as needed by the department.


Education and Experience:
* Associates degree required; preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics
* 1 year of experience in domestic or international logistics preferred

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
* Customer Service experience preferred.
* Ability to understand KPIs/metrics is highly preferred.
* Experience with online logistics system software preferred.
* SAP experience preferred.
* Power BI experience preferred.


Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills: PC, Proficient software skills: Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/database, Power BI experience preferred.

Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
