Job Details

Are you a creative and passionate User Experience Designer ready to make a significant impact on user interfaces? Join our team to design innovative web applications for logistics businesses, enhancing the user experience for thousands of retailers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to effectively communicate interaction behaviors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data-driven insights.
  • Participate in usability testing and analyze data to optimize new and existing features.
  • Present design work to various teams and executives for feedback and review.
  • Contribute to best practices and standards in user interface design and development.
  • Lead web application design and user interface innovations.

Skills

  • 3-6 years of experience in User Experience design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
  • Experience in user research and identifying pain points.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and diverse cultures.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with non-US markets and customer bases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
