Job Title: Eagle Business Analyst
Duration: Full Time Role
Location: Charlotte NC or Bridgewater NJ (ONSITE)
Job Description:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience in Business Analyst and Capital markets functions and investment management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 6+ Years of progressive work experience in the investment management space.
- Knowledge across front, middle, and back-office solutions focusing investment / asset management.
- Deep knowledge across investment operational process across accounting, trade settlement, corp. actions, investment performance, security reference, collateral management etc.
- Strong investment data knowledge across EQ, FI, Derivatives, and alternate assets.
- Strong knowledge on operational process including Mutual Funds, CITs, ETFs, and Separately Managed Accounts.
- Strong working knowledge in Eagle suit of products (Accounting, Pricing, Investment Performance and Data Management).
- Strong understanding towards data integration, meta data management, data quality and ability to run SQL queries to perform data analysis are must to have.
- Strong communication and written skills are required.
Working in a fast paced and agile environment is a must.
