Description

We are seeking an experienced Desktop/End User Compute Specialist to join their team and immediately contribute to desktop support operations, device management, and process improvement initiatives. This role requires a self-starter with deep experience in Microsoft technologies and a proactive approach to solving end user issues.

End User Support & Ticketing:
  • Provide hands-on support for desktop and laptop issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software problems and resolve user tickets efficiently
  • Document resolutions and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Microsoft Ecosystem:
  • Azure Entra ID: Create and manage user accounts, support identity lifecycle
  • Intune & Autopilot: Configure, image, and deploy devices; ensure network join and compliance
  • PowerShell Scripting: Automate tasks such as application removal and system cleanup


Device Management:
  • Image laptops using Autotune and Intune
  • Ensure devices are properly configured and secured
  • Project Work:
  • Support ad-hoc IT projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve EUC processes and workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in End User Compute or Desktop Support roles
  • Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities
  • Expertise in Azure Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot
  • Experience withNinjaOneRMM platform
  • Proven ability to manage tickets and support users in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
