Compensation:
Pay Range: $33.29-$48.96 Per HR

Description:
Direct and execute regulatory reporting obligations timely and accurately.
Collaborate with technology and finance teams to analyze project requirements.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures, including process flows and project plans.
Adapt to changes in the regulatory environment proactively.
Evaluate new business initiatives for impacts on regulatory reporting.
Participate in projects focused on automation and process reengineering.
Provide regular business intelligence and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage regulatory reporting processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Create and update necessary documentation for procedures and processes.
Monitor and respond to regulatory changes.
Assess and review the impact of new business initiatives.
Engage in projects aimed at improving reporting processes.
Deliver data analysis and business insights regularly.

Qualifications:
Experience in regulatory reporting and compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in managing and documenting processes.
Adaptability to changing regulatory requirements.
